Hi,

Update Eclipse CDT to 9.0.1 & take maintainership.
Portlint: looks fine :)
It works for me.

There is one issue: it doesn't contain FreeBSD native libs. The impact is small (few features doesn't work), but in general CDT is awesome. I'm working on FreeBSD native libs, I hope it will be ready for next CDT update (CDT9.1 is available, but it requires Eclipse Neon.1, not yet in ports tree).

Many thanks!

Committed with minor changes. I also didn't commit files/pkg-install.in because it wasn't used (not in SUB_FILES) and the touch command it was supposed to execute seemed unnecessary.
