shar archive of new port

databases/py-sqlparse.0.2.x has API changes, which are incompatible with
www/calendarserver 8.1 and 9.0

sqlparse01 freezes version 0.1.19 of sqlparse until calendarserver catches up.
It is required by www/calendarserver-9.0

Attached are shar archive and poudriere testport log.
