Patch to update x11/qterminal

- Update to 0.7.1

Note: An update of qterminal-l10n is also available, but I planned to simplify this port (avoid duplicate files).

Olivier,

Would you like to adopt the port along with qtermwidget?

You're much more active with it lately and I'm convinced that your development path is compatible with my plans to use it under Lumina.

I'd be willing to readopt it later if necessary, but things would run more smoothly now if you were the maintainer.

Keep, your maintainership of these ports. You will be became soon ports committer, so you can update these ports (when it will be official I gave you assignment).

I'll update the LXQt ports and you adjust these ports, especially x11/qterminal-l10n.

With revision r429183 [1], you can easily update x11/qterminal-l10n to 0.11.1.

The patches apply to the latest portsnap, but qterminal 0.7.1 is not displaying characters > 127.  Any ideas?

Let's close this.  I have no idea how to fix the display issues and don't have time to learn QT programming.  Let's wait and see if the problem is fixed in the next release.
