keyboard-layout labels

This problem not new and was sent developers xfce, but still not fixed ...

I use locale ru_RU.KOI8-R, keyboard-layout labels in UTF-8 but show in KOI8-R [1] (see attachment).
Options for configure “xfce4-xkb-plugin” not exists [3], like in another plugin “x11/xfce4-screenshooter-plugin” [4].

May be add options too and not to use NLS?

patch_deskutils.xfce4-xkb-plugin

Patch for fix this problem.
Now used local charset for layout names.

This bug can be closed, because new release is available bug #220071 it contains patch found in comment #1

Bug fixed in the version 0.8.0
