I think the intent may have been to note that the docproj metaport contains some ports that are unmaintained, and the documentation team may want to step up and start maintaining them, as opposed to the reporter wishing to claim maintainership for themself.
No new patches have been received in several months. Accordingly, close this. To submitter: please contact me offline if you still wish to work on these ports.
