ftp.ca.freebsd.org is no longer a valid mirror, it has been removed from the official mirrors page. Please remove it from the installer.

I believe this was fixed in https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/commit/?id=ce5ab9661fad44c74f61043fc10ca09e22573e37 already.
