new port `x11-wm/rubygem-uh-wm' shar file

uhwm is a minimalistic tiling and stacking window manager for X. It
shares some similarities with dwm and wmii, but is written in ruby so
you can configure and extend features directly with ruby code.

WWW: https://rubygems.org/gems/uh-wm

I'm the author of this gem, and can maintain the port.

I would like this port added to `x11-wm' category. Thanks a lot!

Thank you a lot! I'm very happy that I can now install it very simply
with pkg, and will now recommend this way for potential FreeBSD users
of this program.

I hesitated with making a "non-rubygems" port (without `USES=gem')
like `www/gist' or `x11-wm/subtle' ports. But I don't have yet an
official distribution outside of rubygems, maybe later and I would
submit a new port (or patch for this one), but it won't be before at
least a few months. In the mean time I'm already happy with this
simple port as rubygem.

Thanks again!
