update to 1.2.2

Knot-Resolver was already updated twice in the past period.
Attached patch is to upgrade to 1.2.2 and is tested with poudriere 10.3 AMD and 11.0i386
It should solve PR215627 - but I have no actual hardware to test if it truly is.

The mix of absolute and relative paths was likely confusing.
This should be better.

1.2.3 already came out, for which I created PR 217326
