posterazor port in shar format

Description of the Softare on http://posterazor.sourceforge.net

As input, the PosteRazor takes a raster image. The resulting poster is saved as a multipage PDF document. An easy to use, wizard like user interface guides through 5 steps. PosteRazor is available as a BSD (now), Windows, an OSX and a Linux version. It is an open source, GNU licensed project which is hosted on SourceForge.net.

the software MUST be build using GCC-4.8 and the dependencies must ALSO be build with GCC-4.8 or else it cores dump

the Dependencies are:
x11-toolkits/fltk
graphics/freeimage

Sorry, I'm going to reject this. It doesn't fetch anymore, is missing
a valid pkg-descr, uses now unsupported knobs like USE_ZIP etc. GCC 4.8
is also deprecated, so new ports shouldn't rely on it.

If this is still relevant please fix the problems and resubmit.
