Remove www/npm012

This port exists for the sake of www/node012, which is also deprecated
and pending removal. Users should upgrade to a supported node and npm

(I am the maintainer of the www/node* ports and want to remove the
www/node012 port after this port has been removed.)
Comment 1 Josh Paetzel freebsd_committer 2017-03-20 19:04:50 UTC
Holy smokes, it's been 24 months since node 0.12 was released.

Yeah, get that cruft out of the ports tree stat!

Can you + my patch? :)

  Delete npm012 port.

The node package manager 012 port depends on node 0.12, which was
released over 24 months ago....an eternity in the Javascript world.

This house cleaning is the equivilent to deleting a 16 bit C compiler
for those who are not javascript-aware.
