This update was reverted in r437156, with the comment "Revert r437110, this upgrade breaks lots of ports depending on it". Apologies for not clarifying that I had not tested the ports which depend on this port. When I get some time, I will try and find what breaks, and how to fix it. Would be glad for any help on this also.

I think atm libxml++26 (v2.6 ABI) is up to date, and for v3.0 ABI I added a new port. Feel free to switch over in a dependant ports. I fact the latest ABI is at v5.0. Let me know if this is needed.
