mono-remove-update_submodules.patch

Currently the lang/mono port attempts to run a script called update_submodules at the end of its configure process as well as the first thing it does when building. This script doesn't run, though, due to a lack of a shebang, and this causes the build to fail. The script is actually unneeded as it is meant to update git submodules for mono and the tarball isn't a git repository, so running it would have no effect anyways. The included patch removes the two calls to update_submodules,

Well, apparently the latest mono no longer needs this patch, it works without it now. Closing the bug.
