The upcoming release of Apache HTTPD 2.4.26 ships with the new module mod_brotli which requieres libbrotli >= 1.0.0, but we currentli only have libbrotli 0.4.0 in tree.

Port devel/libbrotli could/should also be replaced by bug #218851
