Patch for python3 slave port

Hello,

attached you will find a patch to add a new python 3 slave port. Poudriere build log and portlint (with argument -c for py- and -a for py3-) output is attached as well.

New py3- ports should demonstrate they are required as a dependency for another (likely new) port. Please add the relevant issue ID (for that dependent port) to the "Blocks" field here.

Maintainer approval is not required, as the py3 port will be updated when the main py port is.
