Assign to committer that resolved and use correct(er) resolution (FIXED means change made/committed).

This is a good example of why Python ports must be named exactly after their upstream counterparts, ugly (py, python-) prefixes/suffixes and all. 

Renaming py-dateutil has been on the todo list for a while but given the number of existing dependencies has taken a backseat.
