I removed a note section that was irrelevant in the data cd section

Talked about this bug at BSDCan, it is basically a confusing, irrelevant note in the section about writing a data cd.

May I ask why you think this section is irrelevant?  Do the instructions not work anymore or is there something else I'm missing?  Thanks!

Honestly not sure. If I remember correctly I was at BSDCan Doc Lounge and someone suggested I do this report to try out reporting a bug. I re-read the section of the handbook and it seems pretty relevant as a note. My bad!
