Rewrote the fdp primer quick start section about submitting a diff

The instructions for submitting a diff in the fdp primer quick start were written for gnats not bugzilla. They are now rewritten for bugzilla.

The patch also contains a change to the disks chapter of the handbook. Can you create a separate diff just for your changes to the FDP?

  The instructions in the Quickstart section for submitting a diff
  still listed gnats, which was replaced by Bugzilla a while ago.
  They were rewritten for Bugzilla and describe the steps to
  submit the patch via the webgui.

  I cleaned up the patch for whitespace, the original text is
  from the submitter.
