I'm running the following image on an SD-card on my Raspberry pi 0: FreeBSD-12.0-CURRENT-arm-armv6-RPI-B-20170602-r319481.img . When I issue a "halt -p", I get the attached lock order reversal each time. I checked the LOR page [1] (is that still being maintained?), but that specific LOR is not listed yet. 
I can test images/patches upon request to see if the problem goes away.

^Triage: I'm sorry that this PR did not get addressed in a timely fashion.

By now, the version that it was created against is out of support.
Please re-open if it is still a problem on a supported version.
