Patch to unhardcode colors and update vt(4) manpage

The comment in the code said /* XXX: Unhardcode colors */, so I turned them into config options. NOTE: I don't know if they would be better as loader tunables, so input on that matter would be appreciated.

Thanks for the patch. I've started working on improving vt(4) splash screen support recently and I am not yet sure if I am going to use your patch.

Anyway, I'll block the main Bugzilla PR (210432) with this PR so that we don't forget about it.
