The gemspec has an unsatisfied runtime dependency (rails [>= 4.0]).

I didn't fix this one because it's marked deprecated. Do you want me to fix it before removal?

I wont fix it. The gem was only used for GitLab and nothing more. I marked it as deprecated "just in case somebody is using it"
