Created attachment 184677 [details] v1 Mesa 17.2.0 requires the update. It doesn't seem to break the build of the existing consumers in the tree. checking for wayland-scanner... yes checking for x11-xcb xcb xcb-dri2 >= 1.8 xcb-xfixes... yes checking for wayland-client >= 1.11 wayland-server >= 1.11... yes configure: error: wayland-protocols >= 1.8 is needed to compile the wayland platform ===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. While here let's up the port style a bit.
If not obvious (for bug triagers) the port itself was tested on 10.3 i386/amd64, 11.0 i386/amd64, 12.0 amd64. However, due to NO_ARCH the focus is on the consumers.
Maintainer timeout. I'll land 1.10 instead after re-checking consumers.
