Replacement patch for modules/freebsd/vmmemctl/os.c - reduce #ifdef clutter.

Submitting the attached patch to modules/freebsd/vmmemctl/os.c as a replacement for the existing patch in /usr/ports.   This simplifies the code changes needed for differences between FBSD releases; making the logic easier to understand.
