Shar archive of new port

Otter-Browser is a lightweight qt5 based browser with flexible Opera 12 like interface. It is actively development, so there is a cutting-edge version of that browser from official github repository.

+1

This is definitely a must for any software in active development.

The latest MASTER may occasionally have bugs that prevent proper compilation, but these are very rare cases that are dealt with upstream really fast. On the other hand it has tons of bug fixes and new features every single day.

There was a new official release a few days ago, but the previous one (on which the current FreeBSD port is based on) was from... January! It would really be a shame to miss out on 9 months' worth of bug fixes and new features. More than 1900 commits to be precise.

I think that could be refined to be a slave port of www/otter-browser.

I'm not a big fan of -devel ports, since they are either monthly churn or end up forgotten and then passed by their non-devel sister ports. Since PR 224607 updates otter to a recent release, I'd suggest *not* doing this.

The regular otter-browser port has been updated to the most recent release; we can follow the monthly cadence there.
