The shar containing the new port

This PR adds the net/sacc port. sacc is a simple gopher client that uses xdg-util to handle items sacc can't handle on its own.

After using the sacc client for two months, it becam obvious, that this client has some rough edges and I think it should be left out of ports until it is a little more polished.

I'll stick to lynx(1) until this happens.
