Moxa serial card C168H/PCI not working in 10.3 i386
Works ok in 7.4 i386
Using same machine & card & serial devices used for 7.4
Shows in var/messages ok
stty shows settings
sending and receiving data nothing

Driver for Moza working ok.
Confusion regarding kernel assignment of cuau? devices.
puc assigned cuau0 for comm1 cuau1 for comm2
then cuau2-cuau9 for the 8 moxa serial devices
then cuaua for comm3
