  databases/py-sispy: Update to 1.1.0


  Additional port changes:
  * Added missing dependency www/py-requests.
  * Removed USE_PYTHON=concurrent (not needed).
  * Added NO_ARCH=yes.
  * Changed WWW to the github home page.
