Do you have linux emulation enabled?  Add linux_enable="YES" to /etc/rc.conf and reboot.

kld_list="nvidia nvidia-modeset linux linsysfs linprocfs"

Try adding linux64 to that list (or adding linux_enable="YES" to /etc/rc.conf).
