svn diff for NVIDIA drivers to v384.111, v340.106

Updates for supported versions of NVIDIA drivers are available.
Those updates contain several bugfixes.

Please update both latest and quarterly branch.
With nvidia-driver-304-304.104,
the generic kernel panics once a day on my FreeBSD-11.1R box.

With the latest nvidia-driver-304-304.106,
no panics occurred for these 3 days.

Ports were updated as of ports r459638.  Someone(tm) might want to MFH this, but it's out of scope of this PR.
