sysutils/py-salt: Add patches to fix the sysctl.show output

The attached patch fixes the sysctl.show output.

Previously multi-line values contained line breaks in the
wrong places and unknown root sysctls resulted in bogus
values.

I'll approve these patches if they have also been submitted upstream to SaltStack.
