A commit references this bug: Author: koobs Date: Tue Mar 20 02:47:18 UTC 2018 New revision: 465059 URL: https://svnweb.freebsd.org/changeset/ports/465059 Log: devel/py-futures: Update to 3.2.0 - Update COMMENT to match upstream change Changelog: https://github.com/agronholm/pythonfutures/blob/3.2.0/CHANGES.rst PR: 226540 Submitted by: sunpoet Changes: head/devel/py-futures/Makefile head/devel/py-futures/distinfo
Committed, with minor ommission. Note: I prefer to leave/set USES=python:<version-spec> exactly as upstream declares it in setup.py (ideally exactly in python_requires, if set), at least in my ports, but also recommend it to others, as declarative > imperative when it comes to packaging as much as possible. If/when we extend our syntax to support more complex versions, this will ease automatic creation/validation of python ports with regard to version support, leaving most of the work to upstreams to declare it properly/accurately. Thanks for the update, and apologies for the delay :)
