I understand that it's just the way that upstream packages it. But this thing draws in all kind of dependencies like cacti when all I want is the nagios-checks. It would be nice if the cacti and nagios-parts could be split up. Also, the nagios-checks assume that the "mysql" binary is in the path, which it isn't by default when the checks are run from NRPE.
