wmsystemtray port shell archive

wmsystemtray is a system tray dock app using freedesktop.org system tray protocol, it is designed to work with WindowMaker or another WM, that supports dock applications (FVWM, AfterStep). It is easy to use and doesn't require any additional configuration after installation.

Here are some tips for your next submission:

- Add DEVELOPER=yes to your /etc/make.conf to enable additional QA checks.
  It'll inform you of missing dependencies and also what to add to the port
  for them etc.

- Do not add frames around pkg-message

- Use `make makesum` to generate distinfo
