Relevant part of dmesg.boot for 10.3-RELEASE

After upgrading from 10.3-RELEASE to 10.4-RELEASE external Infortrend RAID attached to LSI SAS9212 4i4e HBA disappeared from da devices. Same results for 11.1 and 11.2 kernels.

Suggested in Bug 222533 thread solution - setting hw.mps.use_phy_num=0 in the loader.conf - does not help in my case. dev.mps.0.debug_level was set to 0x0223.
