Might it be possible to upgrade to 2.1 at this point? If there are compatibility issues, how about a py-networkx2 port? I'm working on a port of the MARVEL genome assembler, which requires py36-networkx 2.1. checking for python3.6 module networkx... yes checking for version 2.1 or higher of networkx... no configure: error: You need at least version 2.1 of the networkx Python module. ===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. Please report the problem to jwb@FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the "/usr/ports/wip/marvel/work/MARVEL-1f693baf8420c2121cc40d18ed2088c6e81a713b/config.log" including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. a /usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea). *** Error code 1 Thanks...
