* Switch to use databases/rubygem-dbm instead of troublesome databases/ruby-bdb.
* Bump PORTREVISION.

Because this bug report depends on bug #230289, Please commit it after bug #230289 is committed.

I object this PR.
Though portupgrade uses btree, rubygem-dbm doesn't provide it.
The rubygem-dbm provide hash only.

Close this bug report because build error of ruby-bdb is fixed.
