alacritty 0.2.0 update

Hi,

the long awaited scrollback merge has landed and alacritty now has shiny new release tags and a changelog. Plus a few updated dependencies which should fix (or break) some things.

This patch updates the port to version 0.2.0 and i also took the liberty to add the sample alacritty config from the repository as EXAMPLES option.
