The whole system freezes and becomes unresponsive when I start a virtual machine. The exact moment it hangs is after you close the window asking you to select the installation media. If you already selected an installation media in the virtual machine's settings then the host machine hangs almost immediately after starting the guest machine.

It also happens on my machine with this configuration:

The error comes with the kernel driver.
I tried installing emulators/virtualbox-ose in the version 5.2.16 (5.2.18 for kmod) and also breaks. When I install the version 5.2.16 for both, it works.

virtualbox-ose-5.2.20 works for me on 13.0-CURRENT r339955.
