Please update to version 20181120. The current version 20181118 has a nasty bug that suppresses installation of ${LOCALBASE}/bin/perltidy and manpage. See https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=127736

I meant to say the installation of bin/perltidy was added in r485342.
