May due to running in a VM environment, setting kern.hz to 1000 (from 100) in VM can be slightly easier to reproduce.

Many of the timer tests are unreliable, especially in an emulated VM (e.g. qemu mips).

local.kyua.utils.signals.timer_test.* have been disabled temporarily.
