Update ports-mgmt/porttree from 0.5.r66 to 0.6.r67.
Fix subprocess.Popen() in py3. Thanks to Andrzej Tobola for catching it. It seems that nobody else used porttree with Python3.6 before. (I did, but only with cached data.)
