*   Move the PySNMP ports to conform to match PyPI names
*   update *_DEPENDS in dependent ports
*   While here, update WWW and pet portlint

Notes
=====

I don't believe it is necessary to bump PORTREVISION anywhere.

After this patch has been committed, I will continue work on upgrades for the PySNMP ports.
