update firefox to 66.0.3

here's firefox 66.0.3, a bugfix release (see release notes). (-i18n is gone, and there's no esr candidate, so this is all I got). No security advisory, but MFH anyways for being a web browser.

If you simply bump version there's nothing to review, even more so for very safe patch-level updates. Use discretion (alternatively called implicit approval) after testing via poudriere or "make patch" to save time for yourself *and* myself.

Landed in ports r498630. I've noticed this bug too late.
