Hello,

This is memtest86 V4 for PCs with legacy bios without UEFI (i386/amd64)

- Update to 4.3.7
- Options menu to choose usb, cdrom and floppy images
- Added NO_ARCH because this port just fetch ISOs

Discussion:

- This port should be named memtest86-4 or memtest86-legacy so that UEFI bios V8 take place as memtest86 as a new port. What you think?

Should we use LICENSE UNKNOWN?
