Description Ronald F. Guilmette 2019-06-08 01:26:21 UTC
The cups-2.x.x port/package comes with a program called snmp. It is very useful and is referenced explicitly on the in-built help pages provided by the cupsd daemon's web interface (http://localhost:631)

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any man page for this program which gets installed along with the cups-2.x.x port/package.

You have to tell us which snmp port you have installed.

Sorry again.

I do have the aforementioned package installed, but it appears that, as I said originally, CUPS comes with its own SMNP program, and it is located here:

I don't frankly know if this is the same one that is installed when one installs net-snmp-5.7.3_19 or not. All I know is that "man smtp" produces "No manual entry for snmp".
