Text change to introduce building from source

Chapter 14.3, creating an controlling jails does not make a textual distinction between the two main ways of building a jail (downloading/using installation media and building from source). The attached small textual change makes sure the division is clear.

Is this still needed considering the language currently in 15.3.1.[1-3]?

I'm gonna mark this as overcome by events since the chapter has been rewritten
