diff that bumps the version to 0.6.7 in the port makefile as-well-as distinfo.

- Bumped to version 0.6.7.
- Anything <=0.6.5 uses an endpoint that was made deprecated in the latest updates, meaning you could no longer fetch the necessary metadata for Minecraft releases. Subsequently throwing the following error: "Job 'Download of meta file net.minecraft/index.json' failed to process: https://v1.meta.multimc.org/net.minecraft/index.json"—rendering the application useless to some. The patch provided brings the endpoint up-to speed.
