Cyberchef Diff

patch to update cyberchef port from 8.24.2 to 9.6.0

Changes: 
	https://github.com/gchq/CyberChef/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

- fixed a few portlint errors but not all.
- Note: Maybe DISTNAME in the Makefile can fixed, but I've added it because the html filename is camelcase and I could not figure out how to ignore that in the do-install section.

Why the change to .ZIP?

Cyberchef includes multiple directories like images, assets, modules. It's no longer just one html file. 

I only have seen .git and .zip file, So i used zip.
