Patch fixing mod_security2 inclusion in nginx

After adding the config for modsecurity2, could find the module in nginx. Some Makefile reading got me into the conclusion that there is no inclusion of the module in nginx when doing the build. The modsecurity standalone is there, but not included in nginx.

Did this small patches to fix that, and also packs a file that should be useful for installations.
