svn diff for x11-fonts/font-manager

x11-fonts/font-manager was marked broken/unfetchable.
The size of the source file was changed upstream.
I fetched the (new) source file from upstream, and it
built as expected.

distinfo

Built, Installed and Tested on:

FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE-p10 FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE-p10 #0 r353409: Thu Oct 10 15:57:48 PDT 2019 amd64
