The port games/inform7 is marked as BROKEN, unfetchable with the following master sites:

http://ftp.ifarchive.org/if-archive/infocom/compilers/inform7/executables/
http://ifarchive.heanet.ie/if-archive/infocom/compilers/inform7/executables/

Both of these are indeed 404. But the first URL can simply be changed to:

http://ifarchive.org/indexes/if-archive/infocom/compilers/inform7/executables/

and the port will be functional again.
The second URL (heanet.ie) I have no knowledge of.

I have a tested fix, ready to go.  I'm just confirming that such a fix can be done under portmgr blanket approval.
